LEE S. RICHARDS, ESQ. (MADOFF RECEIVER)Mr. Richards serves as Receiver for Madoff Securities International Ltd. pursuant to this order. Lee S. Richards, III, Esq. is a member of the New York law firm of Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP. Mr.Richards is admitted to the New York bar; the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; and, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit. Mr. Richards received his J.D. from Columbia University and B.A. summa cum laude from Amherst College. Mr. Richards was the former Assistant United States Attorney, Criminal Division, Southern District of New York from 1977-1983, and currently teaches as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Fordham Law School.
